Refund Policy


Our cancellation, return and refund request policies are outlined below.

Merchandise Refunds

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are all priorities. Please inspect your purchase, and notify us of any damage within 24-hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may contact us within 30-days to request a refund for the value of the purchased merchandise. Refunds are eligible for unused items returned in its original packaging, in the same condition as when it was originally purchased. An original receipt must accompany all returned and exchanged items. Returned items will be be refunded in the original form of payment. Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check. Refunds may take up to 30-days to process.

We cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds for certain items such as customized or personalized items, food, beverage, perishable goods, final sale items, items shipped direct from associated third party vendors, or items damaged through normal wear and tear. Refunds are not offered for shipping costs.

Education/Social/Workshop/Private Tours/Training Event Refunds

Education/Social/Workshop/Private Tours/Training Events (“Events”) cancelled by Bluebird Canyon Farms may be rescheduled or fully refunded. Refunds may take up to 30-days to process.

Events cancelled by individuals will be considered on a case-by-case basis by our Office Manager.

In general, Events requiring advanced planning by Bluebird Canyon Farms or any of its associates will not be refunded or credited for cancellation requests occurring less than seven (7) days prior to the date of the scheduled event.  Examples of Events requiring advanced planning include, but are not limited, to culinary Events such as cooking classes, and any other Event where individuals may build, fabricate, assemble or compound items that will belong to them at the end of the event.  These Events require Bluebird Canyon Farms or its associates to make preparations by purchasing materials or supplies and incur labor expenses to prepare for the Event.  Individuals may request a refund or credit for cancellations occurring more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the Event.

Individuals requesting refunds or credits for Events not requiring advanced planning may be eligible for a full refund when cancelling within five (5) days prior to the date of the scheduled Event.  Individuals cancelling less than five (5) days prior to the scheduled Event Will Not receive a refund but may be eligible for a “rain-check” credit valid for 6-months from the date of issuance.  Individuals Will Not be eligible for a refund or “rain-check” credit for cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date of the scheduled Event.   Examples of events not requiring advanced planning include lectures, fitness workshops (e.g. yoga classes), film screenings, or other events where labor or material/supply expenses have not been incurred by Bluebird Canyon Farms or any of it associates prior to the date of the scheduled event.

With exception of items shipped from third-party vendors, returned items should be shipped as follows:
