St. Valentine Brunch with Bibee – Cooking Class

February is here with another month to celebrate life and those we love. Our Saturday morning brunch cooking class will celebrate and showcase a St Valentine’s Day theme where crepe making will be in sharp focus. We will demonstrate mastery of the “crepe flip” and will make savory and sweet crepes. The farm has some beautiful greens growing and we will put together a great salad. We will also collect. some eggs from The Bluebird Canyon Farms hens and pair these with locally sourced breakfast sausages. Pink champagne would seem to be the libation of the day and we will all raise a glass. Please join us for this wonderful winter Brunch class.
